Returns Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by.
R. Thomas Enterprise, Inc. Items returned
without a return authorization will be rejected.
A return for a refund must be made within
30 days with proof of purchase. No refunds
will be granted for items returned in which
have been visibly mishandled and/or damaged.
All returned items will be shipped prepaid
by the customer. Shipping and handling charges
are deducted from all refunds. Returned items

Product Warranty
R. Thomas Enterprise, Inc. provides it's
customers with a one (1) year warranty on
this product. In the event of a defect under
this warranty, we will at our option, repair
or replace the product, provided that you
return the product to: R. Thomas Enterprise,
Inc. 8012 Kennesaw Dr. West Chester, Ohio
45069-6617. Please include your name, address
and a brief explanation of the defect. The
product will be returned at no cost to you.
This warranty does not cover defects caused
by misuse or improper handling.
